What an amazing machine! I made chicken broth from a carcass in a tiny fraction of the time it usually takes me (a few hours vs 2 days). I can’t wait to try everything. It comes with a steamer rack and an insert for canning too. I just can’t believe how versatile it is! I love the extra large capacity, we have a 6 quart slow cooker and sometimes it’s just not big enough, this will be the perfect replacement. It was easy to use, the control panel on the front is pretty self explanatory. I absolutely love it so far
