do wish that other manufacturers would make stainless steel cookwells
for their roasters. The only one that I've found is Nesco - I love the
cookwell but I had to send the actual roaster back several times for
repair while it was under warranty. It is now out of warranty and if it
breaks again, I will toss it and switch to the Hamilton Beach 18 quart
roaster which doesn't fit the stainless steel cookwell perfectly but it
is good enough.
