This NESCO 6-quart Multifunction Pressure Cooker allows you to pressure cook, brown, saute, slow cook, steam and make rice. It comes with a cooking rack, measuring cup, spoon and condensation drip cup. Among its great features are a self-locking lid with automatic pressure release and cool-touch lid and handles.

This electric pressure cooker is pretty good. It can perform a variety of cooking functions from pressure cooking on high or low pressure, steaming foods, cooking rice and functioning as a slow cooker. The crock inside is non-stick and lightweight. Clean up for the the machine is a breeze. I found the directions for this machine to be lacking. It mentions having the ability to change the cook time on the rice setting but does not specify how it is accomplished. It also does not tell you how, once you select a particular setting, to get it to start cooking. One would think that hitting the start button would get it to start, but it appears that the start button works when it feels like it. It took multiple attempts to get it to begin cooking rice. I found the Ninja 4 in 1 cooker I reviewed recently to be a bit more user friendly, but the ninja doesn't have the capability to pressure cook foods. Overall this electric pressure cooker is ok, but I do wish the controls were a bit more intuitive. It appears that some of the other pressure cookers out on the market may be a bit more user friendly.
