Luv luv luv this pressure cooker. I'm 71 years old and have several electronic pressure cookers that are larger so I don't leave one on the counter. Received this 4 days ago and it has stayed on my counter. I have used it three times. First day cooked a frozen chicken breast and made soup.Multifunctional Programmable Pressure Cooker
Next was rice with leftover diced pork chop and peas. The pork got so tender. Hard boiled eggs take six minutes. This cooker is so easy to use it will become my most used kitchen appliance . Really like the lid staying on when opened. The way the drip cup just slides on and off with ease. The control menu is easy to use. The steam release button keeps your hand away from the steam. The 2-quart size is perfect for me and I only have one or two days of leftovers. Today I'm going cook apples in it. Next is macaroni and cheese. So glad I bought this small cooker. Try it.

I have been using pressure cookers for a long time and I am familiar with many of the designs. The Cosori 2qt is one of the best for sure.
I used it as a slow cooker and pressure cooker, made rice and beef stew both turned good. Excellent cooker. The valve is brilliant, you do not have to worry about the steam burning your fingers, it shoots away from you by a gentle push to the top button. It is a peace of mind. if you have someone who is new to pressure cookers, this one would be a great start.
